Why Should Try Qigong Yoga
Qi Gong Yoga is frequently recommended for everyone since it has a well-deserved reputation for enhancing balance and reducing falls. Experts agree, however, that the advantages extend far beyond balance, and that everyone should try it.
It Relieves Pain

My wife monitored herself doing a class, and doing a one hour class she burnt 146 calories if you put that into context pedaling a stationary bike for 30 mins you roughly burn the same amount.
Mood And Mental Health
Researchers examined stroke survivors' emotional and physical health after practising Qi Gong Yoga, in another randomised clinical study. After PractisingQi Gong Yoga, there were substantial decreases in sadness, anxiety and stress.
Helps Your Immune system
The number of immune-related blood markers all improved following practicing of Qi Gong Yoga and Tai Chi. This included indicators such as antibody levels and T-cell response to vaccines.
Encourages A Healthy Sleep
As part of a study published in Nature and Science of Sleep, 75 participants ranging in age from 18 to 40 years old, participated in a 10 week trial. Some participated in-person or via video Zoom Qi Gong Yoga and Tai Chi sessions, twice a week.
Scientists looked at the individuals' anxiety and sleep quality and discovered that those who practised had much more reduced anxiety and better sleep.

Warm Up
A Gentle warm up is very import. It gently stretches and loosens your body, and gets your blood flowing ahead of any exercise.
5 Minute Meditation
We always start with a short meditation. It helps your mind relax, before we move on into the class.
Stress Relief Exercises
Stress relief is something we all need. Throughout the class you'll do specific Qi Gong Yoga exercises to calm your mind. It's vital for your mental wellbeing that your mind is able to calm down.

Specialised Exercises
You'll practice specialised and specific breathing exercises as these help your internal organs, balance your energy, helps to open your mind and target specific body parts to strengthen them too.
Our mission has always been the same as when we first started. It was to help as many people as possible, to help them de-stress and live a fit and healthy life.
You see when i first started tai chi i had health problems and i had literally tried everything possible to get back to living a normal life. Unfortunately i only found relief not a cure.
It was only after reading an article in a magazine that i found out about LFA tai chi, and i'm glad i did it changed my life and i'm grateful i've been able to do the same. The good news it will do the same for you.
What if I live outside of the UK?
No problem - all you need is an internet connection! Even though you can live anywhere in the world to take these classes.
Will I get personalized instruction?
Everyone does that's why we keep the classes small. You’ll be able to ask me questions and interact with other students taking the class with you as well.
What do I need?
Our classes are streamed over zoom so you can train anywhere in the world with an internet connection. I'll also give you videos on how to setup things its really easy.
What do I need to take the class?
Just yourself and loose clothing. The main thing is that your comfortable during class you can also do it in your bare feet as well if you want to.
